Brannen L. Brock began his career in Houston, Texas with an architectural firm specializing in large healthcare facilities. Upon completing his architecture degree at Pratt Institute in New York, his passion for hospitality design led him to Tihany Design, where he was instrumental in the design and management of many of the firm’s most important projects, including Aureole Las Vegas, Bouchon Bistro in Las Vegas and Younville, California, and the restaurants at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in London and the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas. A brief collaboration with Jeffrey Beers international led to the schematic design of the Wyndham SOMA Hotel in San Francisco, and the design and project management of Oilo!, a 7,500-square-foot restaurant spectacle at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
