Susan Marinello, founding principal and design director of Susan Marinello Interiors, is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers and is NCIDQ certified.

Susan Marinello Interiors is a Seattle-based interior design firm that specializes in high-end residential, hospitality and commercial interior design. The firm was launched in 1996, when Marinello returned home to the Seattle area from the East Coast. While living in New York, Marinello received her interior design degree from the New York School of Interior Design, and then worked with a much celebrated Manhattan interior design firm.

SMI has won numerous interior design awards, including Seattle Magazine‘s recognition of Susan as Seattle’s Best Interior Designer and The Perfect Home Book Series selection of Marinello as a Leading Residential Interior Designer within the United States.

SMI’s list of projects includes The Private Residences at the Four Seasons Seattle, Fifteen Twenty-One Second Avenue, Westin Maui hotel renovation, and Hyatt Regency Bellevue renovation.
